1. Web Development, SEO: If the functionalities of the website or the SEO service provided by Blanksky Developers do not meet the agreed specifications within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund. Refunds will only be processed if the issue is deemed to be the fault of Blanksky Developers.
2. Graphic Designing, Virtual Assistants: Refunds for graphic designing services will not be provided after an agreement has been made. We strive to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the design process to avoid any discrepancies.
